Deepen your day-to-day practice and integration of the subjects included in the Path to Enlightenment (Lamrim) by joining in these essential guided meditations.

We have copies of this book available for adoption. We highly recommended this new book. Some basic familiarity with the Path to Enlightenment would be helpful when joining in these meditations.
