About This Form• This form can be used to sponsor the Buddha Day events either in general or specific parts of the day's program. We are happy to include your dedications on this day. If you are sponsoring the Buddha Day in advance, we will endeavour to include your sponsorship and dedications on the next scheduled Buddha Day. • Partial sponsorship of ANY amount is welcome. • Full sponsorship is also welcome. The suggested offering amount to sponsor a full set of offerings at the puja is $50. - This includes a portion towards the physical offerings made at the puja (food, flowers, etc.), the light offerings, water bowl offerings, sometimes chai tea or juice that is offered to puja participants, facility costs to host the puja, offerings to Sangha, etc. In this way it is quite a comprehensive puja offering.
