About This Form

• This form can be used to sponsor one or more of Dorje Chang Institute's regular pujas and include your dedications.

• Partial sponsorship of ANY amount is welcome.

• Full sponsorship is also welcome. The suggested offering amount to sponsor a full set of offerings is $50. - This includes a portion towards the physical offerings made at the puja (food, flowers, etc.), the light offerings, water bowl offerings, sometimes chai tea that is offered to puja participants, facility costs to host the puja, offerings to Sangha on Buddha Days, etc. In this way it is quite a comprehensive puja offering. Likewise the merit created (with the right motivation and dedication) can also be quite comprehensive.

• Payment can be made by: Internet Banking, Secure PayPal (using a credit card or Paypal account) or Cash in person.

A note on Tsog Pujas:
In most cases on Tsog Offering days we offer a Guru Puja with Tsog Offering. Occasionally, if the date is the same as an evening class, we will perform Tsog Offering on the basis of Lama Tsongkhapa Guru Yoga instead. You can check our program calendar to confirm which type of Tsog Puja is scheduled next. When you select Guru Puja with Tsog Offering, your Tsog sponsorship will be applied to whichever type of Tsog Puja is next scheduled. If you prefer to apply your sponsorship to the next Guru Puja with Tsog Offering simply specify that in the comments box at the bottom of this form.

It is powerful to attend the puja and join in the group prayers if you can. However, we understand that this is not always possible. Some of our puja sponsors also live in other cities and countries. It is also okay if you are unable to attend. Either way you can rest assured that we will prepare everything on your behalf.
