Yamantaka Fire Puja
Sunday, 10 October 2021
Please note:
Due to the current Delta Covid outbreak in Auckland with accompanying stricter levels of lockdown, Dorje Chang Institute has decided that this year’s Annual Yamantaka Fire Puja is going to be a restricted ceremony.
People can participate by sponsoring offerings and dedications, however it will not be possible to attend in person.
Below are details on the upcoming 2021 Fire Puja and also information on what a Fire Puja is and the benefits.
What is a Yamantaka Fire Puja?
This special, once-a-year puja, performed by Geshe Wangchen, is an excellent way to clear away obstacles to our health, life, success and Dharma practice. With the right motivation it has the potential to super-charge our purification and accumulation of positive energy.
This puja is by donation.
By sponsoring these offerings made to Yamantaka (the wrathful aspect of the Buddha of Wisdom) and including your dedications you and those you dedicate for will definitely receive the blessings of the Buddhas.
