Yamantaka Fire Puja

Below are details on the upcoming 2022 Fire Puja and also information on what a Fire Puja is and the benefits.
The DCI Annual Yamantaka Fire Puja followed by Refreshments/Light Lunch (TBC) will be on Sunday, 11 September from 10am-12pm. The refreshments/light lunch are for sale as a fundraiser (cash only, sorry no eftpos). The Fire Puja will be held outside by the Stupa and will be led by Geshe Wangchen. The morning tea will be available in the courtyard following the puja.
We need your help with: preparations, baking goods for the morning tea and volunteers on the day. There will also be a Working Bee on the Saturday the day before the Puja – 10 September from 10am – 2pm. Please let us know if you can help; there will be a section on the Online Registration Form where you can offer help. Thank you!
What is a Yamantaka Jangwa Puja?
The Yamantaka Peaceful Fire Puja is excellent for clearing obstacles – including obstacles to our Dharma practice as well as to success in business, family, health & happiness. Geshe Wangchen will lead the puja. Families welcome. Everyone welcome to attend and participate or observe. This puja is by donation.
How to Register
There are two ways to register, sponsor the puja and include your dedications. This puja is a powerful opportunity to sponsor dedications for family, friends and others in need. Abundant offerings are made during the Fire Puja and so there are great opportunities for sponsorship. Any amount is welcome.

After the Fire Puja, delicious Refreshments/Light Lunch will be available for sale. All proceeds go to support Dorje Chang Institute’s activities and projects. (Cash only, sorry no eftpos.)
